The guest wing of the Homestead has two bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and guest only bathroom, and the Family Studio which sleeps 5 and includes lounge area with TV, kitchenette, dining area and guest-only bathroom.
The separate cottage in the garden offers two private rooms, one with queen-size bed with ensuite bathroom; the other a double and a single bed with ensuite bathroom. Both have TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, fridge, and garden balcony.
All of our guests are able to enjoy our beautiful country gardens, including the summer-house which has a BBQ, kitchenette facilities, bar seating, fridge, and a gorgeous view! It's a magic spot to enjoy a meal - either self-catering using all of the facilities available, or home-cooked three-course meals are available via prior arrangement.
Enjoy great farmhouse full-cooked breakfasts with home-made jams and preserves, delivered to your room, balcony or summer-house, or with your hosts in the homestead. Produce from our organically grown vegetable garden is used in our meals.
Within 15km of Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain, Lake Karapiro, and Hobbiton; with Mystery Creek around 35km away; Rotorua, Tauranga and Waitomo Caves less than 1 hour's drive; and the hugely popular Waikato River Trails just over the river.
